Description
The MQ-4 Methane Gas Sensor is a highly sensitive gas detection sensor designed primarily for detecting methane (CHâ‚„) in the air. It uses a sensitive semiconductor material whose electrical conductivity changes in the presence of methane gas, allowing gas concentration to be detected through an electronic circuit.
The MQ-4 is widely used in gas leakage detection systems, IoT projects, safety monitoring devices, industrial applications, and microcontroller-based projects. It can be easily integrated with development boards such as Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and other embedded systems.

How It Works
