Return and Refund Policy

At Highlight Multi Trade, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order number is required for all return requests.
2. Accepted Reasons for Return
Product damaged during delivery: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the damage.
Returns will be approved only if the damage occurred during delivery and is verified by our team.
3. Non-Eligible Returns
Cross connection or incorrect installation caused by the customer or third parties is not accepted as a valid reason for return or refund.
Products that show signs of use, intentional damage, or mishandling are not eligible for return or refund.
4. Delivery Charges
If the product is returned without any fault from our side (i.e., no damage, defect, or error in the order), the delivery charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
