Product Introduction:
This product is a voltage reduction module with simple wiring. It has one set of power input terminals, one set of output terminals, and the output terminal also provides a USB interface. The module is equipped with a liquid crystal display screen to observe the output current and voltage in real time; By adjusting the two potentiometers on the board, the output voltage and current can be changed to achieve constant voltage and current.
This module can be used as a battery charger to provide power suitable for battery use by adjusting the output voltage and current. The board also has USB interface indicator lights, charging indicator lights, full charge indicator lights, and constant current indicator lights.

Button usage instructions:
Press the “Settings” button to cycle through four display modes, with corresponding indicator lights on or off. Press the “OK” button to save and exit. Press the “OK” button separately to turn on and off the backlight of the LCD screen.
Module application:
1. Used as a regular voltage reduction module
Usage:
(1) Adjust the “constant voltage potentiometer ADJ-V” to achieve the desired output voltage value;
(2) Directly short-circuit the output terminal of the module (by finding a thick wire to short-circuit the output terminal), adjust the “constant current potentiometer ADJ-I” to make the displayed current value reach the preset overcurrent protection value; (For example, if the current value displayed on the onboard ammeter is 4A, the maximum current of the module is limited to 4A, and the red indicator light will light up when the current reaches 4A.)
(3) Connect the load and work.
2. Used as a battery charger
Usage:
(1) Determine the float charging voltage and charging current of the battery; (If the parameters of the lithium battery are 3.7V/2200mAh, then the float charging voltage is 4.2V and the maximum charging current is 1C, which is 2200mAh)
(2) Under no-load conditions, adjust the “constant voltage potentiometer ADJ-V” to make the output voltage reach the float charging voltage;
(3) Directly short-circuit the output terminal of the module (by finding a thick wire to short-circuit the output terminal), adjust the “constant current potentiometer ADJ-I” to make the displayed current value reach the preset charging current value;
(4) The default factory charging current for switching from charging to lighting is 0.1 times the charging current; (The current of the battery gradually decreases during the charging process, gradually shifting from constant current charging to constant voltage charging. If the charging current is set to 1A, when the charging current is less than 0.1A, the blue light will turn off and the green light will turn on, indicating that the battery is fully charged.)
(5) Connect the battery and charge it.
3. Used as a constant current LED driver module
(1) Determine the operating current and maximum operating voltage required to drive the LED;
(2) Under no-load conditions, adjust the “constant voltage potentiometer ADJ-V” to make the output voltage reach the LED working voltage;
(3) Directly short-circuit the output terminal of the module (by finding a thick wire to short-circuit the output terminal), adjust the “constant current potentiometer ADJ-I” to make the displayed current value reach the preset LED working current;
(4) Connect the LED and test the machine.
Attention: The constant current adjustable current mode only operates when the actual load output current is greater than the set current. Otherwise, it operates in a constant voltage state, not when the current is adjusted to 2A, or when any device is connected, it changes to 2A.
